The Beyond Conception Years

In 2002, at the age of 17, Justin co-founded the band Beyond Conception with brother and fellow musician Matt Abrams. Beyond Conception, helmed by Justin as frontman, singer, songwriter and pianist, was created “with a clear vision; to create a musical vehicle that will influence positivity, inspiration, love, and passion along with an outlet for self expression on the most personal level". With a garage band styling and grass roots marketing tactics, Justin and his band mates reached out to listeners at malls and other pedestrian heavy sites with ipods and a simple sentence, “Just give me two minutes”. The band's fan base began in Orange County, California and extended to the North West by 2006, through touring and self promotion. By the end of 2009, Beyond Conception, had touched upon a National following, employing multi-media outlets such as itunesyoutubefacebookvimeo and spotify.
